Who am I?
Hi, my name is Rebecca and I began The Whiskers Watcher in late 2024, building my own client base after truly finding the joy and privilege of taking care of other people's furry (and whiskered) family.
Whilst my business continues to grow, I also work in a local children's residential home, supporting young persons with learning disabilities and autism.
Experience & Specialities
After growing up with cats, I always knew I was definitely a cat person! I have over 10years of cat ownership and care. I specialise in cats of all temperaments - including cats who might not particularly enjoy human company that isn't their trustful owners.
I am fully competent in all methods of medication administration, including injectables, ensuring no matter their health needs, they will be well looked after with ease.

Whilst The Whiskers Watcher is very much a feline-focused business, I also cater for other small animals and pets. Some recent additions include: rabbits, chickens, parrots and fish!
Our Services
We provide compassionate, professional care and companionship for your cats, ensuring they are safe, happy, and comfortable in their own home while you're away. We cover the Carlisle and surrounding areas - wider locations accepted but liable to mileage costs.
Daily Visits
Scheduled daily visits to ensure your cat/s are fed, watered and their litter is scooped and cleaned. Providing love and care comes as a standard. Playtime is included, cuddles encouraged but being in the same room and observed by your cat is also an option, if they prefer!
Overnight Care
Reliable and safe overnight care for your cats when you're away., in the comfort of their own home. The additional security of house sitting and the extra companionship some cats crave AKA hogging the bed.
Bespoke Care
Customized plans tailored to your cat's unique needs and your schedule. We offer specialized attention for every individual feline personality and temperment. Medication administration (in all forms, including injectables), giving you complete confidence that your cat needs are being met to the fullest.
